Ella presented at the RLSSQ Aquafutures Conference in Noosa in August. Having had to sit through many corporate communications workshops previously I was prepared for another ho, hum ......butI was blown away by the most thought provoking, well structured and complete session on how to, when, what to say to the media.Ella was a consumate professional, extremely knowledgable and current in her approach and undertsanding of the issue to do with crisis management, the media cycle and simple not what to do and say.The years of jounalistic experience and knowledge certainly shone through in this session, bravo .....
