First thing you should know is I am old school and do not like computers! My company had a old badly done web-site. I had to always have someone else do anything to the site ! I did not even know how to sign into it to change a thing ! I was a hostage to my own web-site. I spent lots of money getting things changed or added !! Sometime I waited a month before some thing were done...The site also had no shopping cart, everything was done through emails!! Chris and his great team of people have given me a beautiful, updated web-site. Even I can understand the set-ups and fix, change, or add items, I now understand and can do them myself. He told me there would be more than likely a few initial issues. My company has over 60 products with lots of different sizes, colors, and shapes, making around 300,000 types of products, of all kinds of sizes. Shipping is where the bugs were because we have such a variety of item sizes! Yes, Big Splash was on top of everything, when there was a problem. And they told me this would be a challenge area. They returned calls and emails. Some places, as you know will never get back with you ! After a months time I am seeing more traffic and more sells on my web-site ! After all I have gone thru with Big Splash if I knew what I know now and had to do this again ! I would have done it sooner with them... Thank you all at Big Splash !!
