horrible customer service! I purchased a necklace here and it broke the next day. I called to get a replacement, and different employees kept taking down my info and saying someone in management would be in touch with me. I’ve probably called 5 times over the last month and had this happen, and no one has ever called me back. I don’t think they even write down my name and number. I finally emailed photos of the broken necklace to an email address they gave me, and never got a response from that either. Rude employees & I will not be shopping here again.
