I had the pleasure of working with Bigwals for a graphic design project recently and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and service. From the onset, the Bigwals team was professional and attentive. They took the time to understand our vision, providing a comprehensive consultation to ensure they could deliver a design that was in line with our expectations.

What would you change about the experience?

In light of my recent experience with Bigwals, there isn't much I would suggest to improve. The entire process, from consultation to delivery, was handled professionally and efficiently. The team at Bigwals displayed an excellent balance of creativity, communication, and customer service. However, for future projects, it would be beneficial to have a more structured schedule for project milestones. While the overall timeline was adhered to, having specific dates for initial drafts and revisions might help clients to plan their time and feedback sessions more effectively.
