Absolutely the best experience ever. Very responsive to our recent septic emergency from Hurricane Florence. Engaged with the right people to diagnose our issue, implement the right solution and fit us into his tight schedule even though we were out of the way. Mr. Billingsley is well known and respected by the health department, manufacturers of septic systems and his peers. I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback. When I went back to the original installer for reimbursement, they heard that Mr. Billingsley did the repairs and agreed to cover the bill, no questions and indicated he has a solid reputation for reasonable billing. We were very happy to write that check and he was worth every penny.

So, let me start by mentioning I have never had a septic tank pumped before. So I feel that the only way I can rate my experience is exactly how my wife feels.1. They were friendly2. The price was competitive3. Service was fast (less than 45 mins, would have been less than 30 if the tanker wasn't behind)4. They we knowledgeable on my questions and gave me peace of mind. 5. Because of my positive experience, I will call them back in the future to conduct further business

Realy NO STARS Had them out to clear a blocked sewer. Two weeks later blocked again. Called them. Aparantly they dont guarantee their work!! who else would get away with that??? Refused to come back without charging us another $150. Asked for Manager to call me back but he never did. Got another company who found a rock blocking the sewer which clearly Billingsly missed. Shocking service will not use again and highly reccomend Citty Plumbing prompt, reasonably priced and attentive service!

I have a leaking septic tank so I did a Google search to show me septic service near me. Billingsley came up as one of the closest to me. I liked that their webpage indicated they are family owned and operated so I gave them a call. I give two stars for the fact that they actually answered their phone rather than it going to voicemail. They are based in Reidsville and their site says they serve Alamance county. I live 5 miles from the Caswell county line into Alamance county. The lady I spoke with checked with the driver and told me I am too far away. I pointed out that their webpage says, "We proudly provide service to Rockingham, Caswell, Central and Northern Guilford and Alamance counties." I was simply told again that the driver said I am too far away and was hung up on. In my book this is false advertising.

Billingsley is a professional and well established business that specializes in septic tank issues. Billingsley serviced my father's septic system for years and recently installed a new septic system for his estate. Brenda is the office manager and will help you in anyway she can. I highly recommend Billingsley Septic to help you with any of your septic system issues or general maintenance.
