Never buy a product that forces you into a year contract without a trial. I tired numerous campaigns to get reviews and got 1 out of hundreds of requests sent. Now I can no longer use these clients for reviews. The fact that they lock you into a year contract without trying is ridiculous, they must know it doesn't work.

Birdeye has been the most thought out tool for our business needs. So far we are integrating the Web Chat features and the Review Collection Tools are smart and slick. The Idea that customer can choose to contact us with an issue if not happy or leave a review if happy, that choice is everything! Thank you, also to Khushboo for such a great onboard experience.

The service is overrated. They will send review request to your clients, which you can actually do yourself on MailChimp. Citation listings correction, I am sure it doesn't cost $3000 to correct your name address and company name online. They claim they’ll get you to rate high on Google but it's not in their contract and is completely false statement they make to get you to sign up. I signed up but will not renew anymore. I also won't use birdeye review request form, as I don't know later it could become property of theirs which, for now they say these reviews are it's customers property. The work I am doing on Google my business is creating more views than birdeye. I would change my rating if I see more value provided to me. But for now, I give this company one star.

If I could give BirdEye 10 star I would do so. From initial contact of inquiry to completion of my inboard training their personnel are TOP NOTCH!! Thx Bianca & Khushboo you both are AWESOME!! Small and medium businesses - this is the EASIEST and BEST way to grow your business! This Company is the BEST thing since sliced bread!!
