It speaks volumes to me when a company treats the little folks with as much concern as they do the big companies. BIS started as our tech support and quickly became the company we chose to do our website, our GIS mapping, email hosting, online protests and our offsite backup location. It is a beautiful feeling when the power blips and you get a call from BIS asking if everything is ok because the server went down. I'm super impressed with these folks. The customer service is amazing.I cannot tell you how many compliments we get based on the website tools alone. Our small community now has access to all of the same GIS features we have here in the office. It is an incredible tool. The amount of skill housed in that office is very impressive...I've never had an issue that has stumped them (but I'm not done trying)
