I brought my Samsung tablet to Bit Tek Solutions to replace a port. Five days later they informed me that they broke my glass screen. Every week for 10 week I was given one excuse after another as to why the did not fix the part they had broken. 10 weeks later I received my tablet in the mail with the broken screen and they did not replace the port. I was charged a deposit of $53.18 and not refunded. Not only did they brake my glass screen they did not fix the port. Taking it to another place to see if there are more issues that they caused.
