Mark and his team were nice and had our initial interest in the first mockups they delivered. Over time we learned their design concepts were becoming outdated and they didn't have a grasp on how to succeed with e-commerce or mobile design. Unfortunately Mark and his team are very defensive of their work (which can be an admirable trait) but it felt very tone deaf when our site was performing terribly compared to our old site and other sales portals and nobody once tried to improve on that. The price compared to other web developers was a tad on the expensive side for setup, which made our experience in dealing with their fundamental shortcomings even more grating. Unless you are wanting a database or gallery site for desktop users, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
