I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Black Bear. From their customer service to creativity, I’ve been nothing less than impressed with them! After making the decision to redesign our company’s website, I immediately began by doing my homework and initial research. Blackbear was the 3rd or 4th company I interviewed or met with, and the second that I met Jena in their local office, I knew that Black Bear was going to be the new home for my website. She was knowledgeable, experienced, engaged and made me feel comfortable about handing the entire process over to her team. I loved the opportunity to meet with the entire team during our initial kick-off meeting and was impressed by the fact that everyone was present...not to shove ideas in my face, but to genuinely learn about my company, our services and goals. Erin, their awesome content writer, took the time to set up individual interviews to learn even more about us and our culture. Their SEO expert, Rebecca, has taken my calls and emails after hours and been more than willing to address all of my crazy SEO questions or concerns that came along with a redesign. A huge shout out to Tony and Dalton who were more than patient with me as I continued to change things up during the design process, you guys are awesome. Last but not least, I loved the fact that their co-founder, Randee, also participated and was available/responsive anytime I needed anything. Randee genuinely cares about her clients and the results produced by her team. Overall, I’m thrilled with the new site, it’s functionality, and more importantly, the results we are experiencing as a company! I would highly reccommend the Black Bear Design team to anyone interested in a skilled design team that will make you feel right at home. Thanks again, Black Bear!!

There’s by far better options to choose from in Atlanta or surrounding cities. The owner Randee Black wasn’t very interested in hearing our concerns so ignore all the smiles and fake promises she makes and all of the fake positive reviews. This place is a waste of time and a money pit for smalls businesses!

I respect the integrity, transparency and passion that their team has and how they work together to bring all aspects of a project together.I have been working with BBD for a few months with several different projects. Each project was very different and each time they provided what I needed within the budget! They listened, seeked to truly understand the project, brought in the right team members, dug in to the project, and provided above and beyond what I needed.I haven't found and aspect I liked least nor have I had a problem. I do know if one ever came up they would listen, come up with the right solution, and address it!

We hired Black Bear Design to redesign our company's website. The collaboration was long distance since my team could not meet them in person, but that was not a hurdle at all. The Black Bear Design team made sure that the project went as smoothly as possible. The project was worth the budget, and was completed on time. What was the best part of the experience?

I haven’t had much luck at increasing organic traffic on my website and I decided to turn to professional help. I went with Black Bear Design and all in all, it turned out to be a great decision. They figured out the problems with my website and SEO and fixed these issues rather quickly. The traffic has seen a major boost and I’ve seen a lot more conversions than I had imagined.
