Overall Feedback:

As a contract PM I do get to see the whole spectrum of suppliers and specifically what they can and cannot do for their clients. Black Pepper are up there with the best I have to say. They work in a collaborative way, they are upfront and tell you what they can and cannot do within the parameters you set for them and (it seems to me) they always leave a little bit of wriggle room... you know, for that 'oh we said this but we meant that' moment part way through...Like I say in 25 years, Black Pepper are one of the better IT suppliers I have had the pleasure of working with. Thank you for making that part of Last Mile an easy enough delivery. Paul
