These guys may possibly know their SEO and they provide a very nice video proposal but don't let them touch your PPC management.One of their selling points was managing my business's adwords account as an addition to the rather expensive SEO service. After several months our ads were performing much worse and at a mediocre neglected level costing business. I could not allow our PPC to be mismanaged any longer so no longer required their service. While they have every right to claim their final month's bill was already spent in advance towards services they certainly have very little results to show for that. Our final month was with zero communication and they walked away with a free $7500 because they felt that was a fair business practice. 2/5.
