Avoid like the plague.Staff is indifferent and not well trained. Mistakes are responded with a "who cares" attitude. There are so many other options for printing and shipping - you'd think they'd be glad for business, but they really don't seem to care one way or another. They misspelled a name on a shipping label and when it was pointed out, responded with "so - it will get there anyway." Yep - and years of family hurt feelings might result! It's for a kid. I told you the spelling. Of course, they also completely messed up the address, which meant some other person would have gotten all of my sweet little niece's things. We will never go there again - this is our third experience giving them our business, and each time we thought "why would we ever go back here?" I love shopping local and family owned, but not at the expense of even mediocre service.
