Client Review on Blackwater Brewing Co

Had a terrible dining experience there. Ordered something as simple as fish and chips which they served was some kind of roasted red pepper romulade. I asked if they had a simple tartar sauce and they said they did then they serve me something that did not taste anything like tartar sauce. I did not want my food and they still charged me for it. poor communication by the waitress, and Behavior I've never heard of in a restaurant charging you for food that you didn't eat because they don't tell you the right information about your order. My wife and I both work in the Food Service businesses in Myrtle Beach the last 10 years and never seen anything like this would not recommend this place at all.I have since spoke with the owner who informed me that what they tried to serve me IS tartar sauce with roasted red pepper & capers. he also informed me he does not care about reviews here or on his website. it was MY mistake as far as he was concerned.THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced from any owner or manager!
