Blitz web design upselling amounts to extortion

What was the best part of the experience?
They did a great job of designing a logo for my website.
What would you change about the experience?
Having paid the requested $109 for the logo design, they then refused to assign copyright in the work I'd paid for to me, demanded another $200. Paypal dispute started.
Feedback:
Great design work. Ruined the great impression by demanding nearly twice as much again to send an email assigning copyright to me as the person who paid for the work. Naturally I refused, started a Paypal dispute about it. If you use these folks, ensure you have a clear agreement that you will have complete rights to the product you paid for.
