What would you change about the experience?

Trying to get though to them before becoming a client was difficult until I left a message. This company came very highly recommend to me.

This company has a private number that gets immediately picked up during hours once you are a client. If your new and want to sign on you must leave a message in the system. These guys did not sugar coat my project and did not promise me the world so I was expecting moderate results. I noticed within a few weeks leads and online sales picking up by the time they were done with the project I had to put more people on to answer the phones and online sales increased by 113%. I couldn’t be more pleased
