I am a big fan of this grocery store. Their produce section is fantastic, always having fresh produce in stock. They have a lot of prepared foods in their deli section for those times when time is short and something quick is needed. There's also a cute little Pub and a bottle shop so you can get some beer to take home while you're doing your shopping. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. I go to McCaffrey's whenever possible even though it's not the closest grocery store to my home.

From the moment I walk into McCaffrey's it is a wonderful experience. The store is very clean and the employees are professional and friendly. I ordered a unicorn cake for my 40th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The work and details that went into making the cake were beyond my expectations. You can tell the employee(s) who made it take pride in their work. The cake was delicious! I want to thank you for helping make my birthday incredible! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Best fresh produce in the area. Nice fresh seafood selections although a little on the pricey side. Good group of people working there.

Love everything about McCaffrey's, the staff, selection, quality. One area that could use a quick training fix is the front end. If a cashier has to ask if a bag is too heavy, it probably is. And it would be nice for cashier to load bags into cart while I'm bagging the rest. Some do, some don't. Still love the shopping experience, long overdue in Blue Bell.
