In 2016 our company elected to change our web development and hosting services. In reviewing which Atlanta-based firms could meet our needs we chose Blue Light Labs. The Blue Light Labs team was very professional an was quick in transitioning our previous platform over to a beautifully designed Wordpress site without breaking the bank. It has become very clear that our search for a professional company that is budget-friendly, quick to respond, and provides a headache-free hosting solution was and is Blue Light Labs. We made the switch, used Blue Light Labs directions on changing or DNS and within minutes of the DNS change our company had Wordpress installed and up and running. When someone asks us to recommend a professional, budget-friendly, super efficient web host (especially for Wordpress) with great customer service, including chat support, I always so enthusiastically say Blue Light Labs!!!

These guys did an excellent job on creating a new website for my company. They looked at what we had, asked intelligent questions about what we wanted to do, and quickly sent out a proposal. Their turnaround time on a draft of a new website was very fast. We had several meetings by phone, reviewing the proposed site, and making various changes and improvements. Their staff was very gracious in accommodating multiple changes and tweaks. The finished product went live on time and looks great. Perhaps most important, there were no "added charges" - they did the job for the promised amount. Equally important, when i had a problem (website address registration - an issue totally unrelated to their work) late at night, they were available to help me address it and gave me several hours of unbilled time to deal with it. I highly recommend this company.

From the outset they were highly responsive and they actually delivered the final product ahead of the scheduled deadline! Chris and Markus were excellent to work with. Chris was very responsive to our requests and made changes and updates very quickly. Toward the end things got very hectic (as they always do with projects like this!) and they were on top of things and got the job done. Chris was available after hours on many occasions when I wouldn't have expected him to be - when I sent emails even after hours he would always follow up very quickly and let me know when he'd be able to do whatever I had requested. Sometimes - many times - he would even surprise me by doing it right then and there, no matter the hour. Impressive in my book! And as we got to the end of the project he was available at a moment's notice when I needed him. We are pleased with the finished product and hope to use them again in the future.
