We worked with BlueHat Marketing for over 5 years in total. There services started off well & went on that way for the first 2-3 years but it was all downhill from there. The last 1-2 years was not good. They were not performing anywhere close to the way they did previously & the customer service response time was horrible but they never missed a payment from us. Along with making their own changes / adjustments to our website as opposed to listening to our requests & following through or discussing it with us... That "SIGN RIGHT HERE" attitude with a major lack of customer service / support. It's been over 6 months that we {and another company that I know the owners of that encountered a similar situation} no longer work with them. We both managed to find a replacement & gladly, we are already experiencing positive results.NB: In response to your reply {who ever you are "The BlueHat Team"}, I don't trust your services anymore after playing with my livelihood once but a reimbursement {for the lack of work put into our site / campaign over the last 2 years} would definitely show that you take your business & clients seriously along with being held accountable.
