Feedback:

Website doesn't work and I tried to get the bugs fixed several times over a couple weeks and no one did anything. The product doesn't work but they'll take your money anyway and won't refund you. Horrible company. Please save yourself the headache and anxiety and disappointment and don't buy from them!!

Huge waste of money. Nothing but empty promises.Before you read the rest of my review, a quick note-As of right now there are two 5 star reviews on Google for this company. A little research reveals that both of the authors of these 5 star reviews work where? You guessed it...Blueroof360. I paid a lot of money for a professionally designed website and a lot more money monthly to keep it active and it's been nothing but headaches and empty promises from the beginning. Sales guy talked a good talk and what he promised sounded great but getting their design team to make good on his promises was a whole different story. We did eventually get most of what we were supposed to and let the rest go. Then a couple months after our site launched they totally changed their back end office management part of it and got rid of most of the stuff that I wanted in the first place. I was told "too bad, you can use it as long as it's there but we'll be transitioning over to a new system soon so you will be better off just learning the new stuff". Except the new system didn't have any of the stuff I wanted from an office/agent management perspective. Since then it has been nothing but problems, down time, changes not publishing the way they're supposed to, etc. Pretty much every time we want to edit anything on the site we have to go to tech support and spend an enormous amount of time trying to make it happen. And tech support is NEVER available by phone. Don't even bother trying. You will sit on hold for a long time and end up at a recording telling you to leave a message. But guess what...they're not calling back.The only help you can get is the online chat which sometimes can resolve your problem on the first try, sometimes the fifth try. Do not waste your money or your time.
