I had a technician come out to my house to fulfill an onsite warranty from a website that I had purchased a computer from. The guy's name was Adrian and he absolutely doesn't know what he is doing. He showed up and took a look inside the case to find that a case fan was not working. We set up a second appointment for him to come replace it but before he came back out the other case fan stopped working as well. He then blamed the power supply and ended up replacing it which didn't fix anything. Even after replacing it he said to keep the power supply that was in the computer as back up but why would he say that if it was bad.... He then went out and replaced the 2 case fans. When I mentioned that the usb ports were not working and the videos that were playing on the computer were not working he said that the work he had done on the computer would fix those as well but if they went out in the next week to call and he would come out.... so the next day I called and set up an appointment because obviously they were not fixed. Before scheduling the appointment he told me to check for updates which had already been done before he was ever told to come fix it in the first place. So he says it may be the motherboard and that he would have to contact the warranty service to pre approve purchasing one to replace it. On the day of the appointment I called to see when he was supposed to be at my house and he had someone else ask if they could remote connect to the computer to check the software which also had already been done before he was ever sent out to the house. I told that person that we had an appointment for him to come out to the house and that I would like him to come check on the computer. When I got to talk to him he said he had to blow off my appointment because he scheduled other things instead but could send someone else out to check on the computer. He also said that more than likely the usb ports were shut off by the computer itself and other than that there was nothing wrong with the computer and if I wanted the videos fixed I would have to pay out of pocket to purchase another video graphics card because the one I had in the computer that had been working for over a year now was not equipped to play videos on YouTube and such.... While this guy was at my house one of the times he even admitted that he never went to school for any of this and that he got an internship out of high school and that is why he got hired. Clearly that did nothing for him so I ended up having to contact the warranty service and get a different company scheduled to come and fix it the right way this time.... I would never recommend anyone use this company ever!
