Had an absolutely fabulous visit with some friends and will definitely return. We were shown the vineyard, winery and cellers by the enchanting winemaker herself who was full of lots of interesting, personal details about the whole winemaking process. Then we were shown out onto a warm, sunny terrace where we tasted the three reds and were served an assortment of savoury Mallorcan pastries as well. The wines were quite good, very classic and correct, using French grapes rather than the autochthonous Mallorcan grapes so this would be a great winery to visit in combination with and contrast to a more traditional, DO Binissalem winery for instance. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, but we ended up bringing several bottles home just because we enjoyed them so much and I'm putting the Cabernet down to see how it ages after a few years.
