To all who may want to buy a house from these builders, stay away!We bought our first home from Bold Homes and the experience has been terrible to say the least. The workmanship and quality of the house is terrible, leaking roof, spits in the grout of the kitchen floor (yes literal spits from a gas station in the grout), didn't do the furnace cleaning as promised and my number was blocked by Gleb so I couldn't contact him to get items fixed. I could go on and on about the horrible quality and lack of trying to communicate with there customers. Just please don't buy a home from this jokes of a home builder as you will save yourself a lot of grief.
