When I'm thinking about perfect place to develop myself, and reality around me - it's definitely Boldare.* no managers - you are responsible for what you do and how you do it.* constant changes - Holacracy, Lean Startup, merging the best from two companies - you can't be bored here, but you can learn sth new every day.* culture and values - trust, openness, respect, responsibility - sounds like Utopia, but we really believe in all of this (on daily basis).* and incredible people around you - bad day? someone will give you a chocolate, singing mode? you can join little jam session in chaos room, philosopher mode? check cafeteria - you can always find someone to discuss meaning of life thereI can't imagine better place for myself now. Monday morning can be pleasure, not pain ;)
