I ordered the wrong size and the T-shirt is to big so I contacted the Company Bonfire and they offered to send me the right size and to keep the tee shirt that is to big and donate it so that is what I have done and waiting for the correct size. This company is very easy to work with.

I had ordered a size sweatshirt and when I received it, it really was to big so I emailed Bonfire and asked them if I could return and get a smaller size so they told me they don't have any inventory left but the next run they will send me a replacement for free! I was ecstatic because I have ordered from them before and love there black cat clothing. I rescued a black who we love dearly (Ozzie). They also told me to just donate the sweatshirt or recycle it which I did, how cool is that! I was thrilled because I love the sweatshirt and it is good quality and it helps black cats and all cats in general wearing this clothing. Bonfire is a very good place to order and I am happy to do business with them. Thank you Bonfire.

Good customercare. Our package was lost in the mail (to Europe/Netherlands). We were helped quickly by email and got a solution right away. Replacement order placed and received it quickly as well. Txs a lot, happy daughter with her Gardner quad squad t-shirt! 😁
