Very helpful staff and brilliant software. We had used dozens of other providers before finding BookingLive but they just didn’t do what we needed them to. The phone lines leave a lot to be desired but the exceptional service makes up for that. Highly recommend.

We have been live with BookingLive for a few days now and are already seeing the benefits. We've not have 1 customer query about the booking process which indicates that the customer journey is intuative. The software is very flexible with loads of funcionality. The project and support team are also very good and responsive to any questions or queries. Great product = 5 stars

We chose Booking Live as the outsourced option for helping manage an extensive range of internal training courses (7,000 delegates).From the start, Booking Live proved responsive to our needs, managing a very short timeframe delivery professionally and efficiently. Solid project management with a flexible approach - that's the way to do it!The system has worked very well to date - customisable screens and copy presents an easy to follow process for delegates booking themselves onto workshops. Customisable reports and easy to use set-up for additional courses.

My company, Futures Sports has been providing residential hockey camps for young players from all over the world since 1991. A few years ago we decided we needed an integrated website package that would enable us to manage our reservations and provide a comprehensive back-office environment capable of many functions.We decided to invest our future with Booking Live which, to be honest, had so many more features than we were used to, it caused some bewilderment. However, guidance from the Booking Live team helped us focus on the key areas for our customer journey.The immediate reaction from our clients was very positive due to a clear pathway through the selection and buying process.Behind the scenes we are able to easily manage our reservations through a comprehensive reporting area which also allows us to automate the information we send to customers based on the product choices they have made.We use the links to Sage, so our accounting process is simplified as well as linking to MailChimp for our longer term CRM.Building-in promotions is also easily achieved through the Promotions area. This allows us to create discount codes based on specific products (or combinations of products).The support system provided by Booking Live is literally "awesome". They support us via an on-line support portal which allows us to give our request a 'priority' based on our need. The speed and clarity of response has been superb - where immediate fixes haven't been possible, acceptable work-arounds have been suggested to resolve short term issues.There are still many more features that we are uncovering as we gain more experience with this fabulous system.

I've been using the Booking Live system for children's clubs now for 2 years and cannot fault the system and their service. The most important thing from my point of view is having someone at the end of an e-mail or simply having someone to help immediately - the Booking Live team have been faultless in this regard. Our customers have mentioned how user friendly the system is and how easy it makes booking onto events. All the functions are fantastic -booking, financial reporting, refunding and registration.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Booking Live to any organisation that needs to take bulk bookings without hassle.

Their Head of Client Services is exceptional at handling the onboarding of new clients; their Support Team are quick to respond and able to find solutions or work-arounds where necessary in a timely fashion. The software is adaptable, customisable, scalable and flexible. It has allowed us to focus on delivering an exceptional user journey whilst providing us with essential back office functionality that we were missing in our previous system.

Having the Booking Live product integrated into our systems was always going to be a daunting task for us. We're a publishing company with a lifestyle magazine read by FCA registered sophisticated investors. The amount of due diligence required to ensure the customer data would be safe for event booking would have stopped a heard of bison in it's tracks. But not the Booking Live team. They took the time to discuss and explain every query our board had so that when the final system went live it all ran exactly to plan. I cannot thank them enough.
