We hired Dave Reneau the owner of Boom Client to design a website for our small business and he not only failed to deliver a live website, but refused to complete It and then locked us out of the site holding the money paid and our business hostage. IF YOU VALUE YOU'RE BUSINESS DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!Response to owners reply:As you can see by Mr, Reneau's reply he likes to interject himself into your business and make decisions he has no authority to make. His response is a lie. He held our money hostage because he was not meeting the deadline of our contract and we bulked at the subpar beginnings of a site he did provide and his failure to complete it or implement our narrative as written. We offered for him to refund our 50% deposit and go our separate ways but he refused and shut us out of our own domain and then held our monies as ransom for simply letting him know we were unhappy with his ability to implement our content. He lacks project management skills and gives excuses that he has to focus on larger clients needs. Again, we would have gladly walked away from this situation however, he made that choiice impossible. Again, if you are a small business be very wary!!
