Fraudsters; stay away. I am not impressed with these guys. When we first started the agreement, they told me their plan was to optimize a sales page for one of my products. Right off the bat I was not so confident in this plan. It was my cheapest product, it was a sales page without an email capture, and google analytics clearly shows that I do not sell products by people directly landing on my sales pages. They land elsewhere, get emails from me, then eventually buy after developing a relationship with me. They assured me that this was their best plan and we decided to move forward anyways. In two months they got one of my main keyword to improve. However the second main keyword has gotten much worse, and none of the other keywords have improved at all. Also, kind of shady, my dashboard shows a keyword that is not actually mine, and it shows my ranking on the first page of google for it. I am not ranking anywhere on google for this keyword. When I let them know they responded that this was a glitch and that they would fix it. They have not fixed it and I can't help but wonder if this is some thing they do to make the numbers look better than they actually are. Also a few small things worth mentioning. When they sent out the welcome email, they said I'd receive a call letting me know how to use their dashboard for me. This never happened. They also said that I could expect a review call monthly so we could talk about the plan and progress and how things are going. This also never happened. I just don't think these guys are experts in this field, nor are they that on the ball. Of course that is my opinion, but I do know from the facts that they have not helped me at all.

Feedback:

In September 2018, Boostability promised me that within 6 months my company would be on the first pages of Google. But now they tell me that no one can promise anything. It was a hoax after 6 months. I kept asking them what can I do so to be on the first page I was told that I should pay more money.(i did) and I should wait another month, after that they told me to wait another 2 months and that I would be on the first page of Google. IT WAS A LIE. Yesterday the manager called me and told me that Google cannot RECOGNIZE my company.AFTER 9 MONTH. I've spent about 5.500 dollars and nine months of business. Boostability constantly lies to people. I do not advise people to deal with these crooks. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Boostability. They are crooks running a dishonest business and trying lie to people by any means possible. I do not understand, after all the negative reviews on Yelp and BBB this company is still in business. I would never even consider hiring them again.

Feedback:

They are a scam. Completely over promised and under delivered. I hired Boostablilty for an 18 month period where I was charged $1000 per month for "SEO" work. By the end of the service my SEO placement was not close to being accomplished, not a single lead received and I had to hire a new SEO company to UNDO the mistakes they had made. Not only was the service sub par but every time I tried to cancel I was told a bed of lies to stay on only to find the same lackluster results months later. Do not hire this company.

Feedback:

We don't understand what they do. They are missing their ethics compass.

Feedback:

Stay far far away. Very smooth talkers over the phone, but trust me its all hot air. I initially felt at ease and relieved having found someone to take care of this stuff for me. After being wooed during our first conversation with all the things they could do for me I fell for this trap. They over promised and under delivered. My "customized SEO Roadmap" looked like some generic hand out they give to everyone! Plus this "customized" road map actually took them almost a week to put together it said for next month, were going to do exactly what we did last month! Whatttt? Thats no customized road map. Roads are suppose to lead somewhere so trust me when I say these people will only take you in circles.

Feedback:

Run from them while you can. Worst and most costly SEO Experience EVER, The Good: I have to say customer service was great, they usually call you back quickly and always speak to you in a professional manner, even while your yelling at them because your business is taking a nose dive from the servery inexperienced "EXPERT" assigned to handle your account. The main concern is that this SEO company has NOT one trained SEO professional. At best, everyone one I spoke with knew much much LESS that I did. How could that BE!?!? So we all know that with seo there is not an exact science, no one knows EXACTLY what works best. For those that know very little about seo, BOOSTABILITY uses the ambiguity of SEO against you and will literally make up whatever story to keep you paying $$$. My BOOSTABILITY "SEO Specialist" on several occasions actually tried telling me things that directly and specifically contradict with Googles very own "101 (SEO) Starter Guide". He even told me things like the length of meta titles dont really matter, after he had changed them to be wayyy to lengthy. ***Umm yes they do matter, HUGELY and thats why Google specifically stresses the importance and chops of the end if its over length...... Thats just one of many many examples I could mention, and its about the point where I started to realize "BOOSTABILITYS EXPERTS" knew almost nothing. I didnt actually ask, but Id be surprised if my account rep even knew what the acronym SEO actually stands for. As soon as this company began to implementing "Their SEO Strategy" our online sales started plummeting. So with SEO changes, initially you can expect a slightly higher volatility in sales fluctuation "usually down" in the immediate time frame during which ONSITE changes are made and until google begins to pickup on these changes and re crawl the new content. But in our case BOOSTABILIITY failed so terrifically at even the most basic of SEO tasks like simple industry research. By month 2 we were loosing between $12,000 - $14K each week in gross revenue and rapidly progressing towards higher losses approaching unsustainable levels. AND that before you factor in the cost of the SEO service or Lack OF were were being charged for. add +$2,500mo. Do your research before hiring an SEO company, 60% of reviews on ANY company which can be easily googled are affiliate related, meaning they get paid to come up with that stuff. A great place to find real meaningful insight is glassdoor, com, employees review the company they work for check out what BOOSTABILITY employees have to say. Many employees say they are unhappy working for BOOSTABILITY because they knowing provide very little value if any to clients. One employee even mentioned he has much sympathy for the new clients he signs up because he knows whats in store for them! Uhhhh... well thats definitely a bad sign! I absolutely hate writing anything negative about another company, being a business owner myself I can understand how receiving a review like this definitely sucks. But I would feel worse not sharing this with you because unfortunately its straight from the horses mouth, BOOSTABILITY sells its SEO services knowing its of very little or no value to clients, but most alarming is that they have the capacity to recklessly cause harm your business. If your interested in the technical aspect of the work they performed I can share that but just take my word for it. Look elsewhere for SEO AND to the CEO of BOOSTABILITY, shape up! Your causing real harm to your fellow entrepreneurs.

Feedback:

Spoke with Torie Christiansen several weeks ago, and the worst experience in the world. She was rude, curt to me, and completely turned me off using boostability forever. I will blast t his out to all social media. I will NEVER use this company. Can't be trusted.

Feedback:

Will never recommend them to anybody I know. Used them for 1 year. They repeatedly never made changes. More of a sales team than a webteam. They were only able to build 4 back links in year. Go to a legit seo company . They will take your money and do nothing to earn it. I had a hard time getting them to even build the backlinks. Look elsewhere. Don't sign up for a gimmick marketing seo contract

Feedback:

AVOID THIS COMPANY !! THEY DO NOT CHECK FOR ERRORS. They had my phone numbers wrong for 3 months , and when customers told me about the wrong numbers, I contacted BOOSTABILITY right away...and after 2 months they changed "ONLY" the phone numbers at the top of the website, but failed to go through every page of my website and correct the phone number's that were still wrong. I also had 3 customers who passed away and their families requested me to remove their testimonials from my website, so I got 3 new customers to REPLACE THE ONES that needed to come off. after 2 weeks of phone conversations, after my wife typed up SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS A 2 YEAR OLD COULD FOLLOW, THEY TOOK THE NAMES OF DECEASED TESTIMONIALS OFF MY WEBSITE , BUT LEFT THE DECEASED CUSTOMERS PICTURES STILL ON . I think they intentionally screwed up my website. stay away- do not hire these clowns. I did not get many phone calls from what these clowns advertised , and my main goal was to pick up houses to power wash, while they advertised for patio power washing. Randy Wilhelm. Worst decision I ever made.

Feedback:

Stay away from them. They really need to get some new sales people. I am in charge of picking a new SEO company to handle our large international manufacturing company. From the very first conversation with Kyle Patterson I was not getting the best vibes. The sales guy seemed rather lazy as well and sent me a bunch of Word docs and very vague information on what their services entail. Not even a live demo of any sort, which we've gotten with every other company we've talked to... kind of expected when you are spending $30k+ per year on SEO. The very last straw was when I picked up the phone and said Hello, he laughed and told me I sounded "Out of it". Completely unprofessional and out of line. At that point we terminated our relationship with the company. Oh well, their loss!
