Feedback:

Mislead o. What the platform will and will not do for you. Hours Of drip campaign set up required because their blanket templets do not transfer over well to clients on CRM. Poor communication and instruction and unwillingness to assist with making any changes to make back office and drip campaigns any easier.

Watch the contracts you agree to with Boston Logic! We were a multi year, loyal client of Boston Logic. We affiliated late last year with Berkshire Hathaway and no longer needed to maintain our website. When we called to let Boston Logic know we didn't need the website/ services anymore their response was "gotcha". You still have to pay us $550 a month for 9 more months. Very predatory practice. It was in the fine print, but never explained to us when we signed up. They did "get us" for sure, but never again. Decent product and support, but there is so much more to running a good company than product and service. Values, ethics and doing the right thing are important to some organizations, but NOT Boston Logic. After multiple years of being a loyal customer we are now being held hostage.

One of the most complicated systems to use and the friendly people are only located only in the sales department. I prepaid for the year to test out the platform and ended up ditching it for Zoho, which in my opinion offered a lot more for way less plus you don't need a over paid tech team to customize it for you. Everything they say it can do, cost extra....in most cases A LOT EXTRA.

They started out great, then they let our account rep go and things went downhill. Their response time used to be great, but now it takes numerous emails to get anything done. They don't communicate well - they make changes to the platform with no notice or instructions on how to adjust. Disappointing to say the least.

I have worked with a lot of tech vendors in my 15 years of Real Estate Industry Experience. Boston Logic, by far, has been one of the best to deal with. I know that they have some negative reviews, but I have to say, that they have been great to me. When I needed help, their service team was there. My rep, Joe Crotone, has always gone to bat for me and made it work, when i did not think it would. Their tech platform is really quite amazing. But, with tech, you need to know what you are looking for. I would recommend this company and their platform to any brokerage or team that is looking for the right tools to offer their agents. These guys know what they are doing and they take care of their clients.
