I bought a video of OBA in Oklahoma this year and worst sound I have ever heard from a video. All you can hear is the pit and very little sound form the band. I will never buy from this company again.

Highly advise against ever working with / for Box 5. They underpay their workers, hire people off of Craigslist, poorly make their products, and treat their workers like absolute dirt. I don't know how they have been a company for so long. Please don't be fooled by their marketing gimmicks as they don't follow through in a timely manner

I paid $45.00 for a DVD of the 2018 CSBC Finals before Thanksgiving and was told it would arrive in the mail before Christmas. When that failed to happen I was told those DVDs take 6-8 weeks to ship. When that timeframe passed I was told those DVDs would be shipping out that day. Of course, by this time I didn't believe anything I was told and, 11 weeks later, I have accepted the fact that I will never get my DVD and have lost $45.00. I emailed Box5Media with this acknowledgement with no response. I called their business number but, as expected, no one answered and their voicemail wasn't set up. Their record of 100% one-star reviews speaks volumes.
