We had Boxcar redo and update our company's website (Meadowlark Builders) In 2016. I was not heavily involved in that part of the process, but I have been involved in the back end maintenance of the site ever since it went live. TJ and crew have always been there for me answering my questions quickly and thoughtfully - regardless of how stupid they were! Their customer service is excellent. Great folks to work with!

Boxcar is everything I look for in a web design firm: skilled, organized, creative, and flexible. From our first conversation they were interested in my organization's goals, and their proposal made clear they understood our needs. Plus, they are nice people and fun to work with. I am a huge fan of the way they use collaborative online tools to move projects forward, and that transparency allowed me to put my full trust in them and not stress out about the project management side of things. I find their system much more efficient than previous web builds that involved countless phone calls, meetings, and confusing email threads. That said, I've always found them available and willing to hop on the phone or respond to an email. Every time I've requested something or filled out a support ticket I get a quick response and pretty much always an immediate update or fix. Their work product and value for the cost are outstanding, and I will continue working with Boxcar.

Boxcar helped the Erb Institute develop a whole new look for our site and rose to the challenge on on our many tweaks to get the right look, feel and functionality. As a Congregational church, we have a unique and storied history that serves as a foundation for those seeking a church that promotes critical thinking and diverse views. From the initial planning meeting to the final edits before launch, Boxcar's team helped us to stay on message — resulting in a website that is visually exciting, rich in content and user friendly. We cannot say enough about the team's patience, flexibility and thoughtful approach to our project.
