Overall Feedback:

Our church followed the kind direction of the boxcast rep when desiring to use their live streaming services. There was no transparency concerning a 12 month contract agreement. To our fault, we failed to read the fine print. When seeking to stop services, we were handed over to an unknown individual who was very condacsending to our disposition. We would't continue service to Boxcast now if we were paid to. I would not recommend them to anyone. Service providers like boxcast are a dime a dozen - its all about getting the money and zero about service.
