Newport Hill subdivision had our first meeting with Boyer Young this past week. It was a response to complaints that they started approving items that were specifically listed in the covenants and construction guidelines as not allowed. Then they proceeded to tell us that they had no intention of ever putting in the walking trails mentioned in the advertising for this neighborhood, and they had no intention of handing over the HOA until 100% of the lots were sold. BEWARE anyone looking at a Boyer Young development!
