Feedback:

Got a pair of name tapes done by them. The stitching was off on one of them, so I said something to customer service. They not only sent me a new pair, but they upgraded them to velcro name tapes (something I'd forgotten to ask for in the original order). All redone for free. Are you kidding me? Good stuff.
