ZERO Stars. Here is the FALSE, MISLEADING email they've sent me twice. I've opened a BBB complaint yet heard nothing from the company nor BBB: Branded Logo Designs' "Mr. Austin Sarkozy" sent email to me twice this year: "This is to inform you that the logo designs that were created for you did not register under your business yet. We receive a notification US PTO that the logo should be register and copyrighted under your name as soon as possible to avoid any kind of business issues from your state.Please get back to me as soon as possible so that you do not face any problem in future Regards, Austin Sarkozy" This is B.S. The USPTO in Alexndria Virginia, where I live, does NOT work that way. FALSE ADVERTISING!!

Had a great experience working with BLD. Although recommended by a colleague, I was a bit hesitant about approaching them for my graphic design work. But I am so glad that I did! The end result was spectacular – loved the designs!

Got a call from an extremely rude sales employee, was looking for a logo designer online but couldn't talk on the phone while at work, employee was very rude and condescending. Guess who I am NOT using for designing my logo.
