What was the best part of the experience?

There are many, but the ROI has been great and so has the overall experience and customer services.

What would you change about the experience?

If there is one thing I would change, it would be the way the reporting is done for PPC. They only send a monthly report, however they do provide full access to the Google AdWords account for us to obtain any other reports we’d want.

Overall, I would highly recommend them to any small or medium-sized company. They have upfront prices, no long-term contracts and actually deliver on what they sell.
