What was the best part of the experience?

We have one company to deal with as they take care of all of our marketing initiatives. They are also super easy to deal with and i'm not fishing for reports or what is happening for each campaign.

What would you change about the experience?

They do take sometimes 3-4 hours to respond back to some of the email inquiries and we're asked to schedule our calls with them from the campaign manager calendar instead of just calling.

OVerall we are very happy with everything they have done and are doing for use. they did our website and entire company setup from scratch and we are seeing some great results so far, specially from our SEO and PPC initiatives.
