Feedback:

The initial introduction, meetings and design work from the team was excellent. I was so excited for my company to be rebranded by brandtree.After a while, the response from the owner was slack to non-existence due to personal reasons; during this tine the company, silently folded/closed down or went into liquidation (despite still taking my money). Either way it left me out of pocket after paying thousands of dollars for the service. I received a number a number of empty promises from the owner, he now chooses to completely ignore me. Professionalism went out the window, along with decency and respect. I am still chasing him for artwork that I paid for and to date never received. How do you sleep at night, terrible way to treat people.
