Client Review on Branham Sign Company

Feedback:

We ordered shirts from them. Took over four weeks to get our product and once received had stains on the material. Called them and was told we would get a phone call back but after three days of waiting I called them back. Talked to kaitlyn who told us she would figure out where our shirts were and call us back. After a few hours of waiting I called them back again only to find out she had left for the day. They had given our shirts to a representive for our district who was suppose to call. Guess what? Still never received a phone call and had to hunt down someone who had her number. After calling her three times was told they would have our shirts ready at 1030 the next day for pick up. Went to the pick up location and nobody was there. Horrible customer service and communication. Horrible porduct as well
