The service guys are very nice. Lady in office is very rude and unhelpful. And you have to sign up for a home phone even if neither needed or wanted. They do not realize that fewer and fewer people need a home phone, also very high priced.

Sad to see bad reviews.. The prices are much less than somewhere like Comcast, even though that's not an option out here. Also most companies these days make you get a phone number, I didn't think that was ridiculous. But the few times I've had a problem they've been quick to fix it. I love that a person answers the phone and not an automated system. And the two times they've come out to install, the techs were helpful, kind, and did clean work. Wouldn't trade them for Comcast even if it was an option.

Garbage, overpriced internet service, with terrible support, and they have a monopoly in the area! I have lived all over the nation and have never experienced such a terrible ISP. I'd say avoid them, but you'd have to relocate.

Edit 12/28/18 (2 star to 5 star) They now let you drop the phone line and the price of internet has now dropped. I doubled my speed (50mbs to 100mbs) for less then what is was paying. ($130 for 50mbs & phone. Now $99 for 100mbs)Thank You!Staff are always friendly, good service however the prices are way to high, they "make" you get a phone line even if you want internet only. We don't even have our phone hooked up nor do we even know the number yet we still pay for it. Setup/moving fees are really high and the speeds to price is very high. We pay double for half the speeds we got with Comcast/Xfinity. They have no competition so they can set what price they want.

I had a security system installed. Terry and Robert were very professional. Even though they ran into some challenges wiring my home due to the layout, they overcame any and all obstacles. Thank you. Great service. Highly recommend.
