Dave, supposedly the owner, hung up on me twice for simply asking for an estimate on a sign. He refused to answer for himself when I later emailed him. We have spent several thousand dollars with this company over the last few years and this is the treatment we can expect? Don't expect them to treat you any different. Reply: The drawings were sent to us by a customer - this is the kind of petty back and forth you can expect to deal with if doing business with Brazz Specialties. Go with Direct Sign Wholesale in Denver. I've done business with both and the customer service isn't even close.
