Brian offers a unique experience in counseling in my experience. Somatic experiencing provides several methods to get grounded and deal with life's problems on an entirely different way than I had more than 20 years in traditional counseling. And what is even better is with these techniques I can do by myself when I'm not with Brian and not be afraid that I might go somewhere that would trap me. So I feel safe with these techniques and they allow me to be mindful of my peaceful existence when at work or in stress in any other situation. Brian, thank you so much for providing me with these methods. You truly changed my life.

Discovering Somatic Experiencing has been a blessing, as I had already tried traditional talk therapy with little lasting results.
