Avoid having anything to do with Bridgenet. We were clients of theirs for years and are slow learners. Their connection speeds are super slow and unreliable. The VOIP phone line that they provided us with was unusable for the last eight months or so that we were with them (the line quality was really bad to non-existent). When we tried to resolve problems we were told that it was the Mac computers that we use. Getting past the gatekeeper at reception to get technical help is almost impossible. All in all a dreadful company.

Fantastic service! I have long last experienced such a professional service from a company. Shows you that there are still companies out there that care about their clients and who take pride in their work and service. Thank you Bridgenet you will not go unnoticed!

I will definitely not recommend Bridgenet. I have paid for a installation but instead they used my neighbours TV antena pipe and bracket, no trunking and surely did i pay for all of that. It is a shame. Their wireless speed is bad.r

After a rocky start, we are now happy with them and would recommend their services. 4 star for they still just need to work on their client communications but they have been improving alot since we joined so no reason for them to get this right in due time.
