I've been working on an e-commerce store that's connected with our storefront business in Cleveland. The most frustrating part is trying to get traffic to the site which we've done but not as much as we need. John has been instrumental in helping us get where we want to be. Our online presence is strong in our local markets which wasn't the case before. Aside from the getting us the results we need, the whole team has been very helpful in explaining what's happening along the way and letting us see progress as we felt necessary. 5 stars for Bright Speed Media.
