I am very protective of my clients, and I only do business with organizations whose leadership shares my commitment to our clients and their families that sets safety, reliability, and consistency of care as top priorities. Eric and his team have gone above and beyond for me and my clients, and I can’t thank them enough. My experience with Bright Star was very enjoyable especially my interactions with Kelly. Finding care for a loved one is always difficult and Kelly made the experience very easy. I have dealt with home care facilities in the past but Kelly and her team are by far the best!! I will be sure to recommend Bright Star to all of my friends and family!

As a senior living community who provides personal care and memory care services we sometimes find ourselves needing a little extra support for residents who need some individualized care and attention as they acclimate to new medications, new environment or have a drastic decline in their disease process. When this occurs we look to other providers such as BrightStar Care to provide that one to one support. Eric and the BrightStar Care team has impressed us with their ability on short notice to provide passionate and experienced care givers to provide that one to one support that we needed. They are quick to respond and take action and really deliver the quality care and support above and beyond what we could have hoped for. We are happy to have had the ability to utilize their services and look forward to their continued support to love and care for our residents.

Last month I needed an aide for a dear friend who was being discharged from a rehab. Problem was, we were only informed of this on a Friday, and they were discharging her two days later, on that SundayI No problem for this company. After speaking with me, the owner dashed over to the rehab to interview my friend and got her set up with an aide she loves and continues to work with. I am happy to highly recommend this company.
