I called Brian hoping to be able to ask a question for me and my brother to be able to race on line together. First off I was pleased that someone actually answered the phone on a late Friday afternoon. Well, not only did Brian answer the phone, but he took the time to walk us through the necessary steps and do some trouble shooting. In this day and age where customer service is an anomaly, working with Brian was an absolutely wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Brian and Briscoweb.
