Very rude over the phone and acted completely bothered that I wanted to give them my business. Huffed and puffed the whole time about a simple vinyl cutting job which required little effort. Would not suggest dealing with these people to anyone.

I called to get some information and was treated extremely rudely by the lady who answered the phone. I wanted to get an estimated cost on some metal signs. She said the cost was dependent on the size and the number of colors. So I asked what the estimate would be for an 11"x8" metal sign with two colors. She told me that she could not give me a price over the phone and that I would have to come in. She had just told me that the cost was dependent on the size and the number of colors, so I asked her if she could give me a ballpark figure because I've never had a sign made before. Again, she repeated that she couldn't give me a cost over the phone and proceeded to accuse me of being a competitor and just phishing for prices - then she hung up on me. Poor, poor customer service! I will definitely be going elsewhere.
