When it was time to file for my divorce there was never a question which firm I would choose. Both Jason and Robert Brogden are known for working tirelessly to get their clients the best outcome possible. I had an incredibly difficult and drawn out case, and not only did Jason Brogden perform flawlessly, he addressed each of my questions and concerns with seemingly endless patience. He came to court well-armed with thoroughly researched case law and precedent supporting our position. Everyone in the Wiregrass area is familiar with The Brogden Firm, and no one wants to be sitting opposite them in court. Even when only one attorney is representing you, you have the resources and experience of the entire firm behind you.

Mr. Brogden has been practicing law in the Dothan & Wiregrass area for as long as I can remember. He is respected as one of the best lawyers in the community, and does not like to lose a case! His son has joined the firm, and handled the legal work for my surrogacy. I was the first surrogate case in the hospital where my son was born, and I would not use another attorney in Alabama to handle a surrogacy other than the Brogden Law Firm.

My husband and I had been married for over 20 years, and we wanted to have a divorce that would be free of hate and bitterness. We went in together, and though, technically, Jason Brogden, represented my husband, I felt valued and respected through the process. Divorce is never easy, but it doesn't have to be war. Mr. Brogden and his team are very attentive and aware of the stress people are experiencing when it comes down to a divorce. Every effort was made to help us do what we knew needed to be done. This attorney and his entire team actually care about the people they are helping.
