I wouldn't buy from this company. They tell you you have a 5 year structural warranty and then when something goes wrong they won't answer your calls they Ignore your calls and do nothing about it.

They worked with me each step of the way: from providing me with the information needed to get my credit score up, to showing me houses, all the way through closing...and beyond with their Home Warranty program. I am starting a small business in the Casper area with a close friend. We are lucky enough to have secured some funding and are looking to expand. When I reached out to Remax I expected to have, if nothing else, no luck finding the small warehouse we needed. Instead I had a conversation with one of Remax's realtors, Jerry Ressler. I will let the posted conversation explain how I was treated, but I would like to say that this is not how a small business owner should be treated. Since I had this conversation I have tried to reach out to over HALF of the Remax team, including Charlie Shopp, and have received no response. Is this how Casper treats people who want to develop and keep their businesses IN Casper?
