If I could give less than 1 star I would. Quite possibly the worst post installation customer service I've ever experienced from a company. I purchased and had them install an LED channel letter sign. Less than two years later one of the balast or modules was out. Sent multiple emails to the owner, left multiple voicemails, and even spoke to at least three different employees over a 5 week span that all said they'd either relay the message or get me on their schedule. NOTHING!!! No work done, no returned emails, no returned phone calls, etc. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Use any other vendor - they'll be better.

This is the worst business I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to work with. Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible customer service, very expensive, and their website looks like it was made in 1997. 0/10, would not recommend
